With 12 years of experience in the food service industry, a background in IT, and a proven track record of running successful catering and health and wellness distribution businesses, he brings a rare blend of hands-on expertise, operational insight, and technical innovation.

    Hisham holds degrees in computer science, business, and artificial intelligence, along with a diploma in culinary arts and a graduate certificate in hospitality management. This diverse foundation fuels his mission to reinvent how professional kitchens operate. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Engineering Management, he is focused on developing AI-driven solutions that empower chefs and kitchen teams today. His ultimate goal is to make AI accessible to every kitchen, creating a lasting and positive impact on the industry.
